CRG Annual Events:

January:  CRG Vision Setting, Community is invited to participate in brainstorming and setting goals for upcoming yearly events.

March:  CRG sponsors Peace Memorial (Saturday) and March for Peace (Sunday).

April:  CRG co-sponsors Earth Day celebrations in Redding.

September and October:  CRG organized Peace Vigils.

Fall Speakers:  CRG hosts nationally known speakers each Fall.

Yearly Panel Presentations:  CRG organizes panel presentations for community education, such as “Examining the War on Terror” and “USA Patriot Act.”

Monthly Book Discussion Groups:  CRG hosts a monthly book discussion relating to a current social topic.

Regular Film Screenings:  CRG shows DVDs of interest covering social, political, economic issues.

CRG Library:  CRG keeps a library of books, tapes, DVDs and CDs which community members can check out.

Other Actions:  CRG also works with local organizations, such as SCCAR (Shasta County Citizens Against Racism), NAACP, Interfaith Witness, Concerned Citizens.
